It's all in the prep

Before excavation can begin, proper procedures must be implemented to make sure the construction site is properly prepared for the installation of a project or building facility. Before the site can be cleared, permits for construction, operation, and maintenance must be obtained, and must provide for natural gas and electrical interconnection facilities, and any other ancillary facilities and equipment.
